You need to be able to have a reliable supplier as well as one that is suitable according to what your costs are as a business. A good relationship with a supplier is a must, to ensure goods will be delivered on time as if they are not then the business will have a poor reputation and will not be able to produce their goods and services or continue with their business accordingly.
