LCM is a abréviation in mathematics which stands for 'Lowest Common Multiple'. The simplest way to think about LCM is to understand it as the smallest common multiple of two or more numbers.
It is the lowest common multiple. For example the LCM of 2 and 5 is 10 because 10 appears in the 5 times table and the 2 times table. 20 is a common multiple but not the LCM.
LCM is the Lowest Common Multiple of a set of numbers, one way of finding this is to multiply each number by 1, 2, 3.. etc until you have the same number for each, that will be the LCM.
Hi! LCM stands for Least Common Multiple. It is a method used to find the smallest possible multiple of two or more numbers.

LCM is the lowest common multiple. For example if you want the LCM of 3 and 7, you find multiples of 3, such as 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, and multiples of 7, such as 7, 14, 21, 28. The LCM is 21 because it is the first number on both lists.

LCM is lowest common multiple. The lowest common multiple is the smallest whole number which is a multiple of both
For example the multiples of 6 are: 6,12.18.24.30. 36 42 ..........
The multiples of 5 are 5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40...........
30 is the lowest number in both so 30 is the LCM

LCM means Least Common multiple or factor. It is also the multiple of any two or more given integers. For example: LCM of 16 and 20 will be 2 X 2 X 2 X 2 X 5 = 80. Where 80 is the smallest common multiple for numbers 16 and 20.

Lowest Common Multiple! An LCM between two numbers is the smallest number that is a multiple of both. For example, between 6 and 7, the LCM would be 42, as this is the smallest number that is a multiple of both!

For Example, what is LCM of 3 and 5?
The multiples of 3 are 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, ...
The multiples of 5 are 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, ...
Find the first Common (same) value which is 15
So the Least Common Multiple of 3 and 5 is 15
LCM stands for lowest common multiple. LCM is a number which can be divisible by a set of numbers. For example, 12 is the LCM of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 12. This means 12 can be divided exactly by 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12 itself.
Least common multiples..
example- LCM of two numbers is divisible by both numbers. For example, the LCM of 6 and 8 is 24. Hence 24 is divisible by both 6 and 8.
LCM is the lowest common multiple of a variety of numbers. For example, the LCM (lowest common multiple) of 3 and 12 is 12.
